원격뿡 개인정보처리방침
스튜디오 에디틀리(이하 "운영자")는 원격뿡 앱(이하 "앱") 이용자의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 보호하며, 어떤 정보를 왜 처리하는지 아래와 같이 알려드립니다. 앱은 회원가입 없이 익명으로 사용하며, 이름·전화번호·연락처·정확한 위치·사진·마이크 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

2. 보유 기간
- 계정 정보(닉네임, 친구 연결, 푸시 토큰, 익명 ID): 앱 이용 기간 동안 보관하며, 앱의 "내 데이터 삭제" 또는 아래 연락처로 요청하면 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 기기 지갑(무료 횟수 사용량, 구매한 이용 횟수, 광고 제거 여부): 되돌릴 수 없는 기기 해시로만 연결되어 이름 등 다른 정보와 연결되지 않습니다. 재설치·데이터 삭제를 이용한 무료 횟수 부정 취득을 막고 이미 결제한 이용 횟수를 보호하기 위해 데이터 삭제 후에도 보관합니다. 완전 삭제를 원하면 연락처로 요청하세요(남은 유료 횟수도 함께 소멸합니다).
- 장난 전송 기록: 생성 후 90일이 지나면 자동 삭제합니다.
- 신고 기록: 신고 후 90일이 지나면 자동 삭제합니다. 음소거·차단 상태는 친구 연결이 유지되는 동안 보관하고, 데이터 삭제 시 함께 삭제합니다.
- 초대코드·시도 기록: 만료 후 최대 7일 안에 자동 삭제합니다.
- 구매 기록: 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 5년간 보관합니다.
- 서버 접속 기록: 보안 목적으로 최대 30일 보관합니다.
3. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
운영자는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다. 이 밖에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

국외 이전은 앱 이용 시 네트워크를 통해 이루어지며, 이전 항목은 1번 표의 해당 항목입니다. Google의 개인정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱 이용을 중단하고 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
4. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 언제든 앱에서 장난 받기를 끄거나 친구 연결을 끊을 수 있습니다.
- 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 처리합니다.
- 광고 동의가 필요한 지역의 이용자는 앱 설정의 "광고 개인정보 설정"에서 동의를 변경할 수 있습니다. Android 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
5. 데이터 삭제 요청
앱에서 바로 삭제: 앱 → ⚙️ 설정 → "내 데이터 삭제"를 누르면 닉네임, 친구 연결, 복수권, 푸시 토큰, 익명 계정이 즉시 삭제됩니다.
앱 없이 요청: [email protected]로 "원격뿡 데이터 삭제 요청"과 앱에 표시된 닉네임을 보내주세요. 7일 안에 처리하고 회신합니다.
기기 지갑(유료 이용 횟수 포함)과 구매 기록의 보관 기준은 2번을 참고하세요.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 해당 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)되며, 데이터베이스는 앱이 직접 접근할 수 없고 서버를 통해서만 처리됩니다.
- 기기 ID와 IP 주소는 되돌릴 수 없는 해시로만 저장합니다.
- 접근 권한을 최소화하고, 비정상 요청은 횟수 제한으로 차단합니다.
8. 개인정보 보호책임자
개인정보 침해에 대한 신고·상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(www.kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972)에 문의할 수 있습니다.
9. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지와 앱을 통해 알립니다.
Prank Remote Privacy Policy
Studio Editly ("we") runs the Prank Remote app. The app works without sign-up; we do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos or microphone.
1. What we process and why
- Anonymous user ID (Firebase Anonymous Auth): to connect friends and deliver pranks.
- Nickname you enter: shown to friends you connected with.
- Hashed device identifier (one-way hash of the Android ID): free-send quota, purchased sends, preventing reward abuse.
- Push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging): to deliver pranks and reactions.
- Network hash and Wi‑Fi flag (only a hash of your IP address is stored): free same-Wi‑Fi pranks and abuse prevention.
- Prank records (sender/receiver IDs, sound, time, playback route, the receiver's reaction) and per-friend scores.
- Mute, block and report records (reporter and reported IDs, reason, time) when you mute, block or report a friend: stopping unwanted pranks and reviewing abuse reports.
- App integrity tokens (Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity): confirming requests come from the genuine app and blocking automated abuse.
- App language and version: notification language and feature support.
- Purchase records (Google Play order ID, hashed purchase token): verifying payments and refunds.
- Advertising ID, approximate location (from IP) and ad interactions via Google AdMob (also used to grant rewarded-ad rewards), and ad consent status via Google UMP where required.
- Server access logs (time, IP address): security and abuse prevention.
2. How long we keep it
- Account data (nickname, friends, push token, anonymous ID): until you delete it in the app or ask us.
- Device wallet (free-send usage, purchased sends, ad removal), linked only to a one-way device hash: kept after deletion to prevent free-send abuse and protect paid sends; ask us to erase it completely (remaining paid sends are lost).
- Prank records and abuse reports: deleted automatically after 90 days (mute and block settings stay while the friendship exists and are deleted with your data). Invite codes: within 7 days of expiry. Purchase records: 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law. Server logs: up to 30 days.
3. Processors and international transfer
Google LLC processes data for us through Firebase (including App Check; Seoul region, with some authentication and messaging processing in Google data centers abroad), Google Play (payments) and AdMob/UMP (ads, consent). See the Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell or otherwise share personal data.
4. Your choices and rights
You can turn off receiving pranks, disconnect friends, change ad consent in Settings where required, reset your Advertising ID in Android settings, and request access, correction or deletion of your data.
5. Deleting your data
In the app: Settings → "Delete my data" deletes your nickname, friendships, revenge tickets, push token and anonymous account immediately. Without the app: email [email protected] with "Prank Remote data deletion" and your nickname; we respond within 7 days.
6. Children
The app is not directed to children under 14 (under 13 in the US), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
